I have a home that was rented out. My horrible property manager, Patricia Hitesan, called Orkin to go check out a possible pest control issue. I was quoted over $12,000 for services and never given confirmation of the issue from Orkin. Shortly after, I visited my property and had another company come out for a second opinion. Said pest/rodent issue never existed. Seems like Orkin tried to rob me of $12k. Their employee also knocked out my panel and left it unrepaired. This is while young kids were in the home and after they moved out. No one reported this to me until I visited the vacant home and saw it. Very unprofessional work!

We began using Orkin just over a year ago. We have been pleasantly pleased with our service. We had Michael for pretty much the whole year. He was amazing. Didn’t have to lock up my animals: he came in, sat down his spray can, talked to my dog, and then sprayed. I just need to brag on Tiffany that works at the office as well. We have had a rough 2 years. There was a situation that came about, and saying she has went above and beyond, is an understatement! She is phenomenal. Patient. Kind. Working with us to help us! Great job! 5 stars all the way. That’s saying a lot. I rarely give 5 stars. However, they truly deserve it!

Totally satisfied with this company and have been for over a year, my hubby got sick so we haven't been able to have them spray, even though the office manager knew what was going on the employees still kept stopping by to check on us, then got a visit from Catt this morning CHECKING ON US, offering to service us outside and they would just send a bill etc etc.. I've never seen a pest control company go so hard for there customers. It's just amazing and that's why I use this company as they do a wonderful job also

We recently had our annual termite inspection. The scheduler who called was very professional, and scheduling was quick and easy. The tech who came to the house was on-time and professional. He inspected all relevant areas of my home while he was here. He answered all of my questions and was polite and respectful. I can recommend Orkin for this type of service.

Excellent service & professionalism. Jeremiah has taken great care of my home & even when he’s out, the Columbus Orkin Team steps up & still gets the job done without me experiencing any delay in service! I once had a wasp nest in the vinyl above my front door, the team promptly responded to my call & took care of the problem in no time. Bottom line, there are plenty of other pest control providers; however, none have come close to the level of service provided by this Orkin Team!!!
