“I know its long, but its worth reading- My wife and I have a problem with white flies on our ficus trees and shrubs, so we hired nozzle nolen to fix the problem. We signed a contract for them to come treat the yard twice for 160 dollars. Once to knock out the initial problem and a second time to permanently solve the problem with tree injections and soil problems. After the initial service the white flies went away, but then in a couple weeks when new leave started growing again the problem became MUCH WORSE. Leaves were falling off the trees and bushes faster than ever. We called the company and they said they would come and give us another treatment at no charge. They came and treated, then sent us a 160 dollar bill (we had already paid the 160 when we signed). We called again, this time demanding to speak with higher management, and got attitude from everyone we spoke. This time on the phone they told us the second treatment they did counted as our contracted treatment. After raising hell we got them to drop the bill, give us our second contracted treatment and be done with them. They came and did our last treatment, and guess what comes in the mail a few days later. A $160 dollar bill!!! We called again and absolutely went off. During the conversation we learned that the copy of our contract was different than what they had on file in the office. Ours clearly said two treatments for $160 and used the word curative. What they had on file was that we signed up for 1 treatment per quarter, at $160 each, for 1 year. Definitely not what I'm looking at on my contract right now. At the end they agreed to drop all bills when we threatened to block the charge and go through the legal process with the credit card company for fraud. Its been about 4 months since the first treatment and the problem IS FAR WORSE THAN IT EVER WAS!!! I can't figure out if this was some sort of poor attempt at a scam, or utter incompetence that resulted in this disaster. I would not recommend that anybody do business with them, there are a lot of smaller companies that charge less and value your business much more.”
