“The work done was great; however the initial and follow not so much. The original appointment for an estimate was missed but they came the next day. I had another appointment for my contract (after the work was done) set between 9-10 AM on 3/31/17 no show by Lana. I stayed home most of the day waiting and even called the office at about 11:45 to check. To date (4/13/17) still no contract. Disappointed I don't handle business this way ever!!!!”
