“Terrible billing practices. I signed for services in December 2014 and was to be billed later. I never received a bill and unfortunately forgot about this service due to high volume activity with my Navy ship and going to sea for months at a time. I did receive renewal offer notices but never a bill. Just now, 15 months later I was sent a notice to appear in civil court. I called to pay my bill from the Arabian Gulf and was charged an extra $50 for the warrant sent out. This company is shady as can be and no one should be using their services.”
