None of the others provided anywhere near the level of care and service that Mount Vernon Pest Control provides. The owner, Shawn, will explain the process and products to you; treatments are quarterly both inside and outside; and he is responsive to any problems that might arise between treatments (spiders in the attic, etc.). If you are looking for the best preventive pest control care and want to support a locally owned business, I highly recommend Mount Vernon Pest Control! His pricing is competitive with all of the big name companies and larger local companies.”

“Do Not Bother Calling - this guy is totally unreliable. Not only did it take him 4 days to get back to me after I had left two messages, but then he fails to show up for the appointment we had set just yesterday. He didn't even call to say he was not going to be able to come. Only after I had texted him did he respond and ask to reschedule. Shawn doesn't seem to take responsibility and doesn't care about the inconvenience and trouble he caused for others. Sorry, but in my world, three strikes and you are out. If Shawn and Mount Vernon Pest are too busy to follow up with a new customer, how reliable can he be for taking care of your regular maintenance. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME WITH SHAWN & MOUNT VERNON PEST!
