“Hired them to come out and exterminate pests making noise in the attic and walls. Quote was $200. They said it was bats and there was nothing they could do about it. They charged me $100 for the diagnosis which was fair enough since they did have to drive out to Somerset. One week later bees were swarming the same area as the noise and I asked them (More 4 Less) to take another look at the problem. This time they determined it WAS bees, sprayed for them, and charged my wife $200! (I was working.) I feel I should only be charged for the original quote (another $100 for a total of $200) since it was their mistake that required a return. I asked Mike for a refund of the $100. He will not even return my email or call. Very poor customer service and, in my opinion, unethical business practice.”
