“In the past Logan Extermination did a great job and I never had an issue. This time they came out to spray but the spray did not kill the ant and other bug problem I was having. I called back to reschedule another appointment, they never showed up or even bothered to call me. When I called to ask why no one called or showed up the gal told me one of their guys quit. We rescheduled for another day and the same thing happened, no one showed up and no one called me to say they were not coming. Called and spoke to the manager Tammy, she was a bit rude and blamed me saying they did call and they did show up, that I never answered my phone or door. FLAT OUT LIE!!! My husband and I were both home both days, turns out they had the wrong phone number, which I can understand that mistake, but no one showed up twice! I did business with them before and they had my correct phone number, so not sure what happened regarding them having a different phone number? I will never do business with this company again, they are rude and not once did Tammy say sorry. Do not throw your money away when their chemicals can't even kill ants or spiders. My husband purchased an over the counter spray and that cost $15, and it worked, better than spending $75 for them to spray just the outside. Save yourself the money and the hassle dealing with the rude ladies that work there. The guy Gary that works for them is a great guy and he does a great job.”
