“The customer service is almost non-existent. Tried to get them to schedule my regular appointment on a set day of the week that I will be home and every time I have to call, wait on hold, and reschedule the appointment. The tech changed every other time so I had to go over what I needed each time. Also, after every service I get a bill that should have been auto paid. Again, I will have to call, be on hold until they get around to answering the phone just to pay the bill that I had previously setup on auto pay. Most importantly, the ants are back a week after they spray so it's a waste of money on top of dealing with the horrible customer service.”
