“Have used Lind for 5 years. They always call before coming out to spray. I have been satisfied with the service they provide. I live a long way out of town and the cost is a bit high for that reason but the service is essential and the office staff is knowledgeable and always polite and friendly. The extermination treatments seem to work on the insects that I want to kill to prevent damage to my home. I have not had any negative experiences with this company.”

“Horrible, horrible service. The owner Randy refuses to return phone calls. I got sick after one of the pest treatments at our home. When he didn't return my call to discuss, we called again and CANCELLED SERVICE with LIND PEST CONTROL. (FYI, we had been a long time customer). They continued to deliver services and charge us even after we cancelled service. Instead of talking with us, Randy the owner turned it over to a collection agency. I filed a complaint with the BBB. LIND Pest Control is NOT a BBB member.”
