“Very disappointing. I have some extensive termite damage now that although I have a termite bond with Lightning Termite and Pest Control, and have paid on time and had them inspect my home as scheduled, they will not cover. Yes, there is some water damage from a window leak, but the inspector did an incomplete inspection some months ago and completely missed a termite tube coming up into the house. They felt no obligation by missing the tube -- the way the termites came into my home. The inspector simply said "Nobody's perfect." Plenty of companies out there - try another one! They admitted missing the termite tubes - the entire point of the annual inspection - and feel no obligation about the damage that incurred because of missing the termite tubes!”
