“Knights pest control has no knowledge of what an inspection is. Less than a year after the inspection of my home I have to call them back because there was signs of active dry termites on my property of which their written report claim they were inactive. Now I had to spend $2500.00 to treat my home once again; I have called them to talk about the matter and they have not returned my call, however, to get me to sign an annual maintenance contract they called me about 50 times. Not good.”

“Knight Pest Control came to my house and missed several access points for the rat problem that I have. It's been over a week and a half and the rat keeps eating through all of my food every night doesn't touch the rat traps. So I called Knight Pest Control today and being frustrated, as their services have not worked, I said the word "f" profanity word twice. I did not say it towards the secretary I said it about the rat like this F word rat keeps eating through my stuff nor was I screaming. She then continues to tell me that perhaps I speak to my wife and my children that way but that I shouldn't speak to her that way. Now if you're a secretary or you work for a company you should be able to hold your composure especially if you're the person that handles public relations. So I asked to speak to the supervisor and the owner mr. Night comes on and says hey let's just move past that let's move past what happened he's trying to sweep it under the rug so him and I can work for maybe two or three minutes and at the very end the conversation he says well just so you know I can't get mad at my secretary or tell her she was wrong because she's a devout Christian. You don't bring religion into the workplace and if you do you don't let it affect your disposition as a worker”
