“This makes me select at least one star to post, but If I could give these people negative 1 million stars, I would. After doing buisiness with them for many years and requesting a verbal appointment BEFORE sending a tech to our home, they sent one unannounced and unscheduled to treat us when it was raining, which negates the effectiveness of the entire process, then left a bill on our door. Are we really expected to pay for something that ran off on to our sidewalk and lawn? We sent an email to owners Allen and Joe Kirkland, but neither had enough respect for us as customers to respond, so we are guessing they are not looking to grown their business.The techs are always friendly and personable, but that speaks to Southern Hospitality and truly genuine and good people, not Kirklands. I felt it was my responsibility to warn other folks about the way Kirklands does things. If you don't mind questioning whether or not you are getting what you are paying for, they may work for you. If you do, you will not be happy with Kirkland Pest Control. They don't seem to care that we all work hard for our money OR taking care of loyal customers who pay their bills on time. There are many other good people to do business with out there...find them and pass on Kirklands.”
