“So Far I'm appalled at the level of service provided by James Pest Control. They guaranteed they would get rid of the Ants. It would take two visits, for a Cost of $150. It would be 15 days apart. First the "Front Office" failed to make the 15 day followup appointment. They did however have the audacity to send the bill, and when I called to inquire, they stated, you are a first time customer, so we want to receive payment before we finish service. The gentleman was scheduled to come out a week later. He was very cordial and professional, however here we are 15 days later, and we still have Ants and I just received a call saying they would do it, but for an extra $50. Not only have they failed to drastically decrease or eliminate our Ant problem, they continue to try and extort us for more Money. The Customer Service lady was not the kindest, nor customer service oriented. DO NOT HIRE JAMES PEST CONTROL! If you're seeking Pest Control Services, go with somebody accredited and carefully read the reviews. That was my failure. After my regretful and deplorable situation I've read numerous reviews revealing that my situation is not unique. STAY AWAY! I will be discussing this situation with my lawyers to determine the most appropriate course of action to take with this entity.”
