“I have been a customer of Interstate Pest Management for a number of years, now, and have been quite satisfied with their services and rates during this time. Their technicians are knowledgeable when it comes to ants, spiders and other unwanted creatures I'd rather not share my home with. Initially, they came to rid my kitchen of unwanted sugar ants who return when the weather gets warm. They put down "bait traps" which the ants retrieve and take back to the nest. Fortunately, my pets (3 cats), are not interested in the traps and don't ever disturb them. When Brandon, Donovan or another technician comes quarterly (or more often, if needed), not only do they take care of ants, they also sweep the spider webs from my windows, check for hornet nests and possible rat infestation, a real problem in Portland this past Winter. I recommend this company highly for they are environmentally friendly as well.”

“PURCHASER BEWARE! !!!! They charge you over $10 /minute, and the Pest and Termite Inspection that I was supposedly getting turned out to NOT even cover the termites. I needed the Termite report in order to Refinance my home. Donavan was very nice, insisted I should put out a review ASAP on him. No wonder, it was all a joke to him! I just didn't know the "Punch Line," yet. That he didn't even intend on addressing the Termites. (ie there are none). Now they want an additional $125 to come out. BEWARE about pests he says are in your home that need to be "treated." He said that I had a spider problem that they were in all of the corners downstairs in the very clean, finished basement. When I asked him where, because I went to investigate, and didn't find even 1. He found one minute 1/8" - 1/4" long string of a web, that could barely be discerned with the naked eye. Then he said that there were old rodent droppings, but couldn't remember which closet he had seen them in. Again I investigated, and found NOTHING! He said that he saw a rodent dropping in an empty kitchen cupboard, and when I looked the only thing that I found was a small sliver of wood. He wanted to set me up to start treating my home! I Definitely didn't need it, so Quite Obviously they aren't above lying to get you to hand over large chunks of money. I am a Disabled United States Air Force Veteran, and live only on Disability, and $125 is a Whole Lot of Money to me! Now I have to hire another company to come out an Inspector for termites. Which makes everything with my loan come to a standstill! DO NOT USE OR TRUST, "INTERSTATE PEST MANAGEMENT."
