“okay, so this is my follow up to my sister Catrina's review after our termite treatment and what we experienced from the help of Imperial Pest Prevention. All I can say is WOW!, they did a fantastic job. The guys that came out appeared to be hard workers, they arrived on time, knocked on the door, introduced themselves, explained what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and gave me expectations of what to expect, and allowed me to ask any questions that I may have had. I was very pleased to this point. After they started, one of the guys dug the dirt away from the home while another filled up some trailer with a tank in it, shortly after, both of the guys started to drill through our sidewalks and made some small holes in the concrete. they then fired up this noisy equipment and started to pump some chemicals into the areas the guy dug out and then hooked up some attachments and treated through the drill holes. I would recommend to anyone to leave the house!! the noise from the drill was so loud in the house i couldn't even hear the TV. after they were done, the one guy left and the one remaining put the dirt all back in place and put these little plastic plugs in the holes and cleaned up. They did a very good job and were thorough. When the guy was done, he did knock on the door and recapped everything he did, and asked me if i had any questions, we wrapped up payment, and they went on there way. I would say I would use them for sure, and recommend them, very detail oriented and thorough. I give them an A+”
