Alternatives that lose them business. When I called Mary about seeing some rats in my kitchen, she had me talk with one of the technicians before he would need to come out. I think his name was Dan. I explained to him what I had seen and he told me before I should pay someone to come and look at the problem that I should first see if a couple of traps he recommended could work. Amazingly they did. Instead of me paying $100 for him to come out and inspect and get rid of the rats, I spent about $15 on traps. Wow, I want to say that really impressed me. If I do have a problem like this in the future and need a professional like Dan, I will definitely call him.”
