At first it all seemed fine and very professional over the phone, but on the day of my estimate, the technician was a half an hour late with no explanation, barely even looked around my house. He seemed more interested in my two dogs that were there than actually looking into my issues. He walked through my house for about five or ten minutes and then gave me my estimate. I'm not sure how he even came up with my price when he was only there for twenty minutes. All in all I don't think I would call them again.”
