“I had the worst experience! I work from home, and the owner, Mark Brown, came to my house to do the inspection, knocked once... I was getting off the phone and before I could hang up he walked into our house and yelled anyone home? We had two babies in the house! Luckily they weren't sleeping, but seriously what professional just walks right in to someone's home?!? THEN... they recommended we have our house treated for carpenter bees, which we were forced to do since we are refinancing. Even their receptionist was confused as to why they were treating that in the winter!! THEN ... they noted previous termite damage on their report which caused us to have to have to have a general contractor inspect and make sure there was no damage... He said it did not even look like termite damage!!! This delayed us closing for a week! I have NEVER written a bad review but I feel strongly about this situation . I was very disappointed in their service!”
