I tried to give the hotel a chance to fix the issue and they didn't anything to help. All they did was throw out the infected box spring, they did nothing else to eliminate the bed bugs. My wife found Bill's information and he helped us out greatly! He took his time to explain what we needed to do to prevent contaminating our next hotel room. Bill also helped load the trailer with all of our stuff, so he could kill the bed bugs. He informed us of how to treat our clothes, to make sure the bugs were dead and gone.
