“I am so thrilled with the service I received. I met Tony from Hawkeye Exterminators at a networking event and figured it would be a good idea to hang onto his card "just in case." Yesterday (Sunday) I noticed lots of ground wasps outside of my front door. I'm hosting a large event at the house Tuesday. I e-mailed Tony and he wrote back within an hour on a Sunday. He said he'd be over at 8:30 on Monday morning and he was here just a few minutes before. He said his first call this morning was for the same issue. He couldn't find the hole they were coming from or whether there was a hole yet, but he sprayed for them, educated me about the spray. Took down a real wasp nest in our windows, and let me know that he noticed our neighbors have termite monitoring stations up so told me what we need to do to help protect our home from termites (moving wood piles we have near the house). The cost was $60 and he said he'd stop back later today or tomorrow morning to spray any wasps that were still present. Keep this number handy!”
