“We had issues with our termite inspection that was done on a home we were buying. We did not feel they did a thorough enough inspection. Termites were found in our home less than two months later. Called to discuss this with the owner Paul Hobson and he became very rude and unprofessional in our phone conversation and even hung up on me before I was done talking. I would not recommend dealing with a company that cannot handle negative feedback or calmly & professionally discuss customers frustrations. This was handled inappropriately and I will caution everyone I know from using this company.”
