“I just had a terrible experience with this pest control service. I am extremely clean and tidy person, I live with a disabled family member that I help clean after and care for. The gentleman that serviced our apartment was extremely rude and blamed the pest issues on an empty pizza box that's been here 24 hours when we've had the issue for a year and repeatedly tried to deal with it ourselves. Most people in this neighborhood appear to take no pride in their homes appearance and while I don't like to judge a book I'm willing to bet that we are cleaner than at least 70% of others living here. I'm a total germaphobe! The implication that my lack of cleanliness somehow has caused this infestation is so ridiculous it's almost funny. But it's not, because we are miserable and have tried everything. Three days before Christmas. The guy was an absolute jerk.”
