“Gregory Pest Solutions has helped me out two times. Once last year with squirrels in my attic. We have a log home and this involved a lot of carpentry work to close up all the holes that the squirrels could get in. Not only did they get rid of the squirrels in the attic and close up the holes in the house, they guaranteed their work for a year. This year we had a European Hornets nest in our attic. We couldn't reach Gregory at the time of the infestation, and called another company. That company obviously did not know how to treat them. European Hornets are big, 1 and 1/2 inches to 2 inches long and are related to yellow jackets. The other company sprayed the nest two different days to make them go away not kill them. The hornets enlarged their nest, and upon trying to contact the manager the manager would not speak with me. Needless to say I contacted Gregory! Not only were they super professional on the phone getting all the information they could. They sent out my favorite carpenter/wildlife guy Gus Walker. Gus sprayed that nest and the hornets are dieing. Two days later I found 4 hornets dieing. Three days later no activity at all. After living with these hornets for the past month and a half my husband and I are very grateful to Gregory for making our outdoors peaceful once again. Oh and another good thing, Gregory's charge was cheaper than the original company whom I am trying to get a refund from. The other company charged an extra $75 to come out within 30 days. Gregory guarantees their work for 30 days. Gregory is a company with integrity.”

“I have used Gregory for several years and have not had any problems until today. Yesterday a technician came to our house to do a termite letter. I was told when I booked the appointment it would be $100.00 if we paid the technician directly or $125.00 to bill us. The technician did the inspection without any problems and told my husband we would be getting a copy of the termite letter within a couple of days and left. He did not offer an invoice nor did he let my husband know that he could pay at the time of service. I called the next day to try and pay the $100.00 and was basically told I owed $125.00 because it was not the technicians responsibility to ask for payment nor let my husband know that he had the capability to even take a payment. I am very disappointed in Gregory for what seams like a little shady pricing practice. Needless to say, I will not be using Gregory in my new home. UPDATE: I received a call this morning apologizing and refunding my $25.00. Thank you for taking care of your loyal customers. I guess I will be using Gregory at my new home!”
