“ly signed up with this service. I was told my first service was a $99 fee. And that they would come in 30 days for a complimentary spray since the first spray would probably stir up the insects and not 100% kill them. After the 2nd spray the bi monthly charges would start the fallowing month. A week after the 2nd spray I was charged the bi monthly fee of $75. I called to discuss this and the manager acted as if I was making this up and they do not honor what they sell over the phone. After my contract I will be switching to an honest company. Fallow up: I just receive a phone call from Kayla about my experience and she apologized how I was treated. I could really tell she cared and made things right. this is the type of customer service i should have received for the manager yesterday. I appreciate the fallow up and making this right. Will continue to use this company but will be speaking to Kayla with any future convos.”

“THESE PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE! WATCH OUT!!!!!! We had someone come buy and they sold my wife on getting a bug spray for $30. It was needed and the first session went well. The techs seem to do a good job and know what they are doing. They came back and talked my wife into doing it again and THIS TIME HAD HER SIGN AN AGREEMENT. SHE THOUGHT SHE WAS SIGNING FOR THAT SPECIFIC SERVICE. We found out later that SHE HAD IGNORANTLY SIGNED A 2 YEAR CONTRACT. Each spray THEN COSTING 89 per time. The service was costing us approx. $400 per year WITH AN $180 "EARLY CONTRACT WITHDRAWAL PENALTY"! . My wife hadn't read the "very very small print" When they came to spray for bugs in the middle of winter I caught the gig, went over the contract and we realized they had trapped my unsuspecting wife. The contract is in the SMALL PRINT. So is the Early WITHDRAWAL FEE. It WAS NOT CLEAR!!!! They take advantage of people for gain!!! PLEASE WATCH OUT FOR GREEN MANGO PEST CONTROL (UTAH/AZ)”
