“Terrible company. They expect that people are sitting around and have nothing better to do. They do not show up during the hours they say they will. They showed up 2 hours later than the time they confirmed. When I was called to confirm the time two days earlier, I was told I was first job of the day. Come the scheduled day and they show up at 3pm, when I was told they would be here at 8am. When I called to complain, the answer I was given was that they had to deal with other clients who were deemed more urgent. My problem when I tried to get them to come two weeks prior was not emergency enough of them and therefore they took two weeks to get the rats living in my bedroom out. The customer service is also terrible. Do not use them, they are a terrible company, seek a different company. If this is the company contracted by your landlord, find a better one and send the bill to you landlord.”

“Absolutely awful service. Twice they've told me "we'll be at your apartment between this time and this time" and either not shown up or come over an hour after the time period. When they finally DID come, they didn't do any extermination work at all. They gave us some mouse traps and left. How is this company still in business? Poor service, untrained staff, and a lack of common courtesy. Avoid Global Pest Control.”
