“Not responsive. I had fumigation the end of 2013, I called in January 2016 to have the property treated because there was some dark termite droppings. The first time I called I left a message on the recorder. After a week no response, I phoned again. The lady said she would leave a message for the service man to return my call to come out. After 2 weeks, no response. 1 week later I stopped by the office right up the street. No one was at the office. I wrote a note and put it in their mail slot. A few days later a young lady ( different than the previous) answered. I told her about my previous experience and phone calls. She apologized and then began to tell me it was out of the service contract I told her I know that. I have the contract that is how I was able to tell her about the previous service and no one has still returned my call to come out. She said she was in Riverside and calling in response to the note I left. Well, one thing I will tell you is I have never spoken to someone who seemed so not ready to be in a workplace as this young Lady. She did not seem to have a clue. So I am finished with Gipson.”
