“I signed a contract for bee protection after a sales rep knocked on my door. We discussed options and I was told i would get full guaranteed bee protection and that all the trouble areas (my gutters) would be sprayed. Techs came a few days later, but didn't have a ladder. I have a 2 story colonial. They had to borrow my ladder (which i should have never done) to get up to the top gutters. They never did the back gutters and I had to ask them to spray the lower front gutters as well. If they had come when I wasn't home to spray, how would they have gotten the to the gutters with no ladder? Interesting. I called the local office and they apologized and agreed to send out a different tech WITH A LADDER to re-treat. They even put notes on my account that they needed a ladder. 2 days later the same tech arrived...with NO ladder. Minutes later another Fox truck pulls up...with NO ladder. I asked the tech why no ladder and he said "we don't have ladders and we normally don't do spraying in gutters. It's not common for us". I asked them to leave and called the local office again. They apologized again and agreed to cancel my contract and refund my money. What a joke. Can Fox only treat pests on ranch homes? The local office staff was very polite, but the team out in the field seems clueless. Apparently no communication with the office. Stay away.”
