“GREAT sales job. AWFUL service. NON EXISTENT customer service. A while back I signed their " annual service " contract. I was to be billed quarterly $ 90.00. After the first service, I never saw them again. I still had rats and ants. I called to complain. I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I eventually called to cancel my service contract. I was told that a manager would get back to me. Never did. I eventually caught the manager on the phone. He said that the gal who did billing was away but, that he'd get back to me. I was told this twice. I called again and again to cancel. Nothing. Then one day, I noticed a service bill on my front door notifying me they had been there for service ! The Gall !! Of course, I was charged the ninety dollars. To this day, I am in collections with these guys. Don't use these guys. They are there for the sale and that's it.”

“They have a coupon online but don't expect any service unless you are willing to sign up for every 8 week service agreement. I have lived in this house over 15 years. Never had ants. Just need a professional treatment. If they come back I will call them. Nope!!! You have to sign up for the service agreement. If you just need a treatment don't bother calling these people!!!!!!!!!!”
