“Do not use! We paid over $800 in monthly service fees and in that time they only came out one time for service. On two different occasions, after inquiring when they were going to come out, they gave us a date saying they would be there. They did not show up either time. Fed up, we canceled. After canceling, they showed up and let my dog out of the yard. We immediately called them and the girl who answered the phone stated "I see you already canceled, I don't know why someone came out today." We confirmed we wanted to cancel for a second time and the next month they charged our credit card again. The owner said he would issue a full refund, lied about it being processed when it hadn't been, and then proceeded to finally only give us a partial refund only after we showed up in person to the office. Had they given us the full refund as promised, I would have considered the issue resolved and not have left bad reviews.”
