“Very diappointed with both services offered by Elams. We set up a monthly spray for our house and we never know when they are coming, they don't alert us, and we have to call them to get them to come. Also, whatever they use for pest control has not helped our bug problem at all. This year when we recieved our tax refund we payed them 1,000+ dollars to fix some things around our house. The quality of the work was extremely poor, in fact two handymen put the handles on our sink in wrong, then charged us to come out and fixed them, even though it was their mistake! Other odd jobs we paid them to do around the house were not properly done and we will eventually have to spend more money to get them fixed properly. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with Elams and will not reccommend them to anyone.”

“Paid $1000 for termite treatment and then paid $175 a year for them to continue to bond it. After 4 years, they said i had to pay another $750 for retreatment. I had another company come out for an iinspection who found new termite damage. This company apparently does not do their job correctly and then expects the client to pay for their errors.”
