“I have a no soliciting sign on my door, and was solicited for this service. I told the young man no several times, but eventually I got talked into it - totally my fault for not sticking to my guns, but I did like that they would service my home same day. I’m not even sure how I fell for it, as I questioned how if their formula is so amazing, why they have to come every quarter. Ugh, now I’m stuck with a year long (or maybe 2?) contract and $1k+ worth of services. I’ve had more pests in my house after they sprayed than there were before they sprayed. Fml.”

“Or contract is up and we're moving. We keep getting multiple stories as to why our contract isn't actually up and we can't cancel. Worse than being a member of Columbia's record a month club back in the day. Edit: After some wrangling, we were able to cancel. Fwiw, we never had a problem with the service itself.”
