“Deceitful and dishonest. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. This company sends out false letters to new homeowners with an account official customer # and says that the previous owners had a contract with them and they have been trying to reach them in order to continue the service in order 'to keep the guarantee up to date'. This letter is signed by a gentleman named Paul. Today I made a phone call to the office to inquire about this later. A man named Joe in the office was able to explain that the previous homeowner (again ME - we built the house) had a two year service contract with them (never ever have we had this company service our house) and that we really needed the service and tried to scare me into getting a service person back out to my house and get the contract reinstated. I explained to him that I was the previous owner and he was just lying about a file ever existing since we never had them service our home. He actually kept up with the story!!! I asked him how he felt about lying and trying to scare new homeowners into service contracts and he hung up the phone. We sold our house and then rented it back for a month while we were getting into our new home. This letter came just a few short days after at home had officially closed and we were still living there. Unreal. I'm a real estate agent here on Long Island and I have never come across a company that would do that. Buyer beware!”
