“After realizing that my home had a bed bug problem, I asked around and heard a lot of good things about Econobug. After calling and speaking with one of the ladys in the front office, I felt optimistic that my problem would be handled and made an appointment for a $50 consultation/inspection. On the day of the scheduled appointment, I received a call from a supervisor/technician. He had reviewed my file and had noticed that my particular situation was not perfectly suited for the services they had to offer (possible infestation in hard-to-reach furniture).
