“I love Dr Death and his crew! I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years now because of the service provided.(he was referred to me by a good friend) When I first purchased my home in cutler bay, I had huge roaches that would come out looking like dinosaurs sometimes by the dozens acting erratic. I called Dr Death who came to the rescue!! He uses pet freindly treatments and got rid of the cockasaurus dinosaur roaches ? that were creeping in. His crew comes and maintains my home every 2 months for a low rate, and I never have any more issues with roaches or any other insects ! “Used the company twice, last time I utilized them was in January. I called this month July to set another appointment. They told me my account was deactivated because I did not use them for more than 2 months... so to utilize their service again they would have to charge me a reactivation fee of $95 (again) I told them I did not know of this policy. They stated I still had to pay the $95 reactivation fee. Poor customer service in keeping their customers happy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.”
