“Prompt service. In fact, they offered to come early if I could accommodate it. When does that ever happen? Thorough communication from the gentleman performing the service. He texted me when he was finished and added some additional context based on what he'd seen. I was told to expect to see the offending beetles for up to 72 hours after treatment, but have seen only one in the last 24... this doesn't count all the dead that I've been gleefully vacuuming up. Treatment was safe for me and my pets. Will hire again!”

“We called Doug's Bug Company because we were getting bites every few nights. We have pets so we figured it might be fleas. We tried a few home remedies, but it didn't help. We called Doug's Bug Company and we got an inspection the next day. They were very thorough and informative during the inspection. We somehow picked up bed bugs (likely from traveling). They offered us different treatment options. We went with a heat treatment job because it was faster to kill the bugs and we didn't have to throw our bed away. I hope I never get bed bugs or any other bugs but if I do, I know who to call. Highly recommended this company.”
