“I hired Dewey because I had rodents in my attic space. They (re) blocked a previous vulnerable corner area and threw some bait in the attic crawl space. This did not work. I purchased a service for three months. For three months I still had continuous rodents in my attic. (more bait did nothing) They refused to come out again even though I am still in the three month "guarantee" time frame. I expressed my dissatisfaction and Dewey response "what do you expect for $285.' and 'we didn't do nothing' Yeah, you did something, but you were totally ineffective... Instead, they want to sell me an additional service that would be for a year (a year of continuous rodents? they can't even eliminate them for three months) and total over a thousand dollars combined. Frustrated and broke, I examined myself the ground perimeter of the house. Within five minutes of looking I found a chewed hole access point along the ground that Dewey 'missed'. (I have a tiny house with only two walls near the ground) I blocked the hole, bought my own bait and BOOM! solved the problem. I asked Dewey for my money back, they have not returned any contact, I am still within the three month contract, they only want more of my money. *I was recovering from a back injury so I literally could not do this myself when I called and needed help* Five minutes of ME DOING THEIR JOB and I found the hole they should've found, and they wanted to charge me $750. more dollars. BUYER BEWARE, watch YouTube, and hire Task Rabbit instead”
