“HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Buyers Beware!! We had no pest control issues but when we had a door to door salesman come by we thought we'd be preventative. Their services infested us with ants in our kitchen & pantry. We called them back 4 TIMES to come back & fix the issue. They never could. When we called to cancel their services they said we were part of a contract & had to pay an early cancellation fee. This is almost a year later that we are still dealing with the repercussions from their horrible customer service & exorbitant fees. They told us that our account was taken care of & zeroed out, and now months later we are getting calls from a collection agency. They are incompetent liars & are not worth doing business with. Buyers Beware!!”

“Field mice are an issue in this desert. When we had infestation I was given used and very dirty massive New York rat traps. We were then told to seal up any holes around the home. No folks, that's what you get paid to do. Preventative services are not a separate entity. $33 a month for 3 years is enough to get that kind of job done.”
