“I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I used them last year. I moved this year at the beginning of the year. I had called them the month before I moved to let them know my new address and continue service. They kept saying that they would have someone call me and schedule to come out. Nobody ever did. I called multiple times, left messages with somebody and was assured that they would get back to me. Finally, I decided to hire another company as the spider problem in the new place was out of hand and I really needed to get somebody out here. I then received a bill in my forwarded mail with my old address on it. They never updated it, never called me back and now they were BILLING me! So here I am 7 and a half months later and they have put me in collection for services I never received!! I am NOT HAPPY with this company. Be warned, they are highly unorganized and appear at present to be very unethical as well.”

“Guy came to my door to try and sell me his service. His name was Brian. He was extremely rude. All i told him was "no thank you" and he said "well i was going to try and help you but now i won't." Then he started talking crap when he left. So when I asked him what company he was with he got a big attitude and said i can call his company from his phone and was telling us to shut up and go back inside. How do you have people like that working for a company? Will never use them.”
