“I have been dealing with mice for several months and have been working with Dennis the Mennis for three months. The tech has come into my home and placed bait boxes but has not dealt with the exterior of the house nor addressed the problem of how the mice are getting in. The last three appointments I’ve had, no one has shown up . I have spoken with different people and have even texted back-and-forth with the owner, yet still I’ve been been blown off several times. I can now no longer even get a response. I paid for a six-month “guarantee” and wonder if anyone will offer to return my money if I still have mice at the end of six months.”
