The guy they sent out put that there was Mold all under the crawlspace in which my inspector and appraiser completely disagreed. Needless to say, we had to find a new lender b/c the word Mold appeared in the report even though it wasn't from a qualified Mold expert, so I decided to switch companies. Then when the new company came out, we discover that none of the porch slabs were drilled and treated as required, so I am going to have them do it and make sure it is all done correctly. would not recommend this company.”
