“I've used Defcon 3 times and their prices are half of what their competitors charge and do an excellent job. I will always use them for pest control services. Mike is a very professional competent person and is there when he says he will be. I will recommend them to everyone.”

“My apartment was serviced to rid of a bug presence, didn't appear too bad. Everything was sprayed down with a pesticide. Over 8 hours later I entered my apartment and it appeared everything was okay. Only minutes after I laid down for the night I became violently itchy. The bed was still soaked in the chemicals. I quickly removed all my clothing and jumped into a cold shower for about 30 minutes trying to remove the substance. After, I called the poison control hotline that was provided on a chemical information sheet provided by the technician. They were not reachable. I called the emergency poison control hotline (national, maybe?) who quickly reassured me anything used for bugs is not harmful to mammals, at this point I understood the reaction was just a comfort issue and would subdue. The problem was, my entire apartment was soaked in this chemical, the rug even, I could not realize earlier why my feet itched, and I had to abandon my apartment. After a few days I was finally able to sleep, it was a difficult first 36 hours or so. Having been through this ordeal, I know one of a few things occurred; I could have had a horrible allergic reaction to the chemical used; the technician used too much of the chemical, 3 hours is the recommended wait time to re-enter, I waited 8; the wrong chemical or mixture was used.”
