“Well, they were scheduled to come to my house at a certain time to do a treatment of inside/outside of my house. However, they didn't show up at the agreed upon time, and when I called to check and see, they apparently 'forgot' about my appointment. And that whoever was supposed to do the job was 'tied up for another couple more hours'. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so I didn't waste my time sitting around waiting for them. Also, now I have to spend all weekend and all through the holiday dealing with these bugs that I was hoping would be gone before our son comes home this weekend. Big bummer. I appreciate their honesty, but a backup plan for them to meet their appointments would have been nice. Got it rescheduled for next week...but not really happy about it. I hope they do a good job of getting rid of these bugs, and if they don't, I hope they won't give me trouble or charge extra for needing a repeat. We'll see how this goes. Definitely not happy about getting 'forgotten' and not being notified ahead of time though. If they do a good job come Wednesday, maybe I'll give a good review. But for now, I am not impressed with their customer service.”
