“In June I found a tick in our bed and then another tick and another tick, finally I realized the nasty creatures were not ticks but bed bugs. I googled and spent over $100.00 Om sprays and bombs and other stuff. The nasty creatures persisted. I was trying to be nice to my wallet and I hired a guy to come out to my house and spray and steam for $300.00. Not only did the bugs not go away they spread to my living room. Finally, at my wits end, I called custom bed bug. It’s been nearly a week and I have not seen any nasty bugs nor found any bite marks on me (which was happening daily). “I saw bugs near my bed and was terrified. I called Custom Bed Bug and quickly got a quote and an appointment for the same week. Shauna was nice, professional, and full of information. When I took a closer look at the bugs, I wasn't sure what type they were. I sent a picture and Shauna quickly identified them as carpet beetles, which are much easier to get rid of! She gave me advice on next steps even though her company doesn't treat them. I also have to note that the quote I got from them for heat treatment was 1/3 the price of another company. I would recommend them any day!”
