“Was once an excellence service provider. However, they went through massive turnover several years back. Since then, the receptionist and secretary are rude and act as if they don’t need your business. The service agents were different every time and not with calming appearances. I went along for a few more services and then a tech asked me if I wanted to sell him the TV in my guest room, made several remarks about the amount of tools in my husband’s shop and even went so far as to ask me what we paid for our boat. I recently called to inquire if they compete with others locally and they proceeded to give me some BS excuses about why they were more expensive and started cutting down every local provider she (emily) could think of. On to the next for us, just sad that after 13+ years, it has to be that way.”
