We could call her about any problems and she would come that day or another day to address the problem. After she left the company we never had a technician as good. We had to ask over and over for the technician to call to let us know what day he would come to the house. I had to complain numerous times to the home office before he started calling me. When we complained to our new tech about seeing bugs in other rooms he never addressed the problem. I cancelled my service and looking for another company.”
