“Started service with Cook's at my residence shortly after moving into my current home. My home already had the Sentricon system for Termites installed. Earlier this year, I added full pest service to our plan and had One treatment in the spring. They tried to bill us for treatment again early summer and said they had provided service, but that is not true. Finally in early July we resolve the issue and the billing was reversed and I was told that service date would be remediated during July in addition to getting back on track with our normal schedule in August. No one ever reached out to schedule an appointment in July or August as discussed except for the Termite control at its 6 month interval this past week. I told them not to come because I would be cancelling service due to not hearing from them for my other service that had not be completed since Spring as was contested and allegedly resolved.Yesterday on the phone, I spoke to Brittany in the Franklin location and she said she would cancel the pest control portion of my service, but I would need to email the sw.nashville email address to cancel my termite service. I did this and when asked by reply about why I was cancelling, I was specific about this poor experience with Cook's and was going to leave it at that. There was no other question or communication from Cook's. This morning at 7:40, I received a call from a service tech saying he was on his way to come and remove the Sentricon system from my home and would be here soon. I immediately told him that the Sentricon system was already installed when I purchased this home and told him not to come on my property. I cannot recommend Cook's Pest Control for any Service they might say they will provide.”
