“I called to cancel my service with cooks many times. They would never return my call. I had a small ant problem before they came. Now I every bug under the sun including spiders and roaches invading my home. They are now threating me with legal action if I don't pay them for services they we're asked to stop providing. Do not waste your money on these crooks and their crappy services. They do not listen to their customers and services are never done right. I was never notified when they were coming to spray. They we're supposed to spray the in and outside of the property and only did the outside. Go ahead Cooks. Seek legal action you won't have a leg to stand on. You did not follow through on what was ordered by the customer and you break the contract doing so.”
