I have used them since 2003 for termite and pest control. They offer better service than any pest company I have ever worked with. They've helped me with ladybugs, spiders, ants and all manner of bugs over the years. Most importantly, they have kept termites out of my house. The company I used before failed to do that and caused me a huge and expensive problem. Complete actually does inspect under the house. I love working with the good people at Complete Pest Control!”

“Spraying large property for ticks, fleas & chiggers. I was told last year by Eric that product is guaranteed to work for a year and would come re-spray for free should ticks, fleas or chiggers come back. Which they did honor last year when the chiggers came back. Charge....$120 This year spent $286 spraying and when the chiggers came back after 3 months, we were then told product only guaranteed for 30 DAYS and I made up the 1 year part and we had to pay for a respray......hmmmmmm, I guess I dreamed up the part where they actually re-sprayed the small infected section last year for free as well. Also, Eric the guy who sprays says he didn't spray our entire property this year as quoted as it would have cost the company money and $286 was too cheap for 3 acres. He didn't tell us this at the time of spraying, only mentioned it because he was frustrated that he had to come out 3 months later for a respray. Also, the $120 jumped last year to $286 because we added 3/4 acre (which wasn't sprayed). I don't know about you but a guarantee is a guarantee and your word is your word......$286 is a lot of money for me and I expected this company to honor their word and not hide the fact that they didn't spray the entire property for which we paid for. Watch them spray if you are using them........they don't finish the job. Get a guarantee in writing...........they don't keep their word. Get a quote upfront....................they change their price.”

“Great company! Great people! I've been a customer over a year now. I have the yard spray done as well as a quarterly in-home pest service. This year I added a termite treatment and termite contract as well. I've gotten written estimates and accurate invoices from all the techs that I have worked with. Both Matthew and Eric are awesome guys and the ladies in the office are so friendly. They really treat you like family. I could not be happier with the service that they've given me. The best part of it all is NO BUGS!!”
