“We have been with Colonial Pest for over 25 years. We have semi annual treatments done. We had a very old house and after waking up in the middle of the night to an ant hatching We will never be without. They are very prompt (as long as the weather works in their favor...they won't spray if it's going to rain). When we moved to a new location we brought them with us. We added spraying for hornets too. If we find we are still having a problem they will come out and address it(I think we.ve only had to have them come back twice in all those years). The technician that comes to our house is very nice. If I am home she will let me know she is here and what she will be doing. Oh and yes, we have pets, never a prob;em.”
