“We have used them for years and their service has slipped in recent years. We called for a routine re-visit due to ants coming back in after their semi-annual treatment in April. We explained we needed it this week because we have company coming for the Fourth. They couldn't squeeze us in. Too busy. Considering how long we have used them, that lack of extra effort for a one-hour visit was disappointing. After we complained about that, they called back and Rick came out and did that follow-up checking. He was helpful in pointing out areas of vulnerability. He said he only saw one ant. Today we had a lot of ants coming into the front of the house. That may be due to their seeking refuge from the treatment. We will see how things go, and update this review if needed.”

“I was very impressed with Roger Caron the way he professionally presented himself and explained everything to me before I agreed to sign the contract. The service tech called me the day before arriving to my house to inform the very first treatment around the entire house, he did show as scheduled but unfortunately he could not spray as it was raining. He asked me if he could come early the next day at 7:00 am and he did show right at 7:00 am and not only sprayed around the house and shed. I'm very satisfied, I would recommend Colonial Pest control to others.”
